Refund/Return Policy

Cancellation, refund and return policy (Updated May 2023)

Thank you for supporting our small business! We strive to provide you with a satisfactory experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund/return/cancellation. Please review our policy for in-stock items below:- 

1. All Sales Are Final: By completing a purchase of an in-stock item, you acknowledge that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for in-stock items unless you have an issue with the product or otherwise stated explicitly. 

2. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will require a clear description and photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Our team will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or refund as accepted/no alternative replacement is made available.

3. Shipping Errors: If we have made an error in shipping your order, such as sending the wrong item or an incorrect quantity, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will investigate the issue and make arrangements to correct the error. This may involve providing a prepaid shipping label for the return of the incorrect item or sending you the correct item at no additional cost.

4. Cancellations: Once an order is placed for an in-stock item, it cannot be cancelled once been shipped. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing the purchase. If any cancellation accepted, there will be a surcharge will apply as stated in the note below. 

5. Groupbuy: We allow amends or changes of order during the group buy phase. Any cancellation prior to closure of groupbuy will be accepted and a surcharge will apply as stated in the notes below.

Note: All cancelled orders will be refunded with shipping cost (if applicable) minus stripe fees + Shopify fees + exchange rate surcharges (4.5%) and will take a period of 7-14 working days to appear on your bank statement. 

To be eligible for an exchange/return to be processed you must meet such conditions below:- 

  1. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  2. Your item is faulty/defective and unusable as you referred to us. 

  3. Listed items are deemed out-of-stock and no alternative replacement is made available or accepted.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to return your mail. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
