1. How do I add extras if I already purchased the keyboard kit? Will there be extra shipping fee?

A:

1. Contact us using the livechat button (bottom right) or through our discord ticketing system.
2. We will update your existing invoice to include the extras PCB/Plate and send you a revised invoice that reflects the total amount, including any applicable changes in shipping fees*
3. Make the payment for the revised invoice, including the price the price difference for the additional extras.

All optional extras (i.e. PCB and plates) will be available on our webstore a day prior, we recommend you having them in cart prior to checking out with the full kit.

*There will be no additional delivery surcharge if you add up to an additional PCB and plate. 

2. Can I change my order?

A: If the package has yet been packed, use the live chat button below or submit a ticket through our discord server.

3. Do I get to pick my preferred blockers only?

A: No, you get everything.

4. Does extra PCB come with extra Millmax?

A: Yes, all PCB will come with extra Millmax, JST connector, unified daughterboard and gasket o-ring. 

5. Will you be releasing other colors in near future?

A: I would need to ask magic 8 ball.

Prototyp V1	To replace existing design with PC body case To test sound profile on existing material compatibility Collected feedback from TYP60  to revise on future prototypes :-  O-rings are slightly off sized on the TYP60 (axiom: Rectified by providing bigger outer diameter and possibly 2 sizes for HHKB and WK/WKL Aluminium plate as standard kit (axiom: TYP60SL will come with aluminium standard plate as it has a fuller sound profile compared to carbon fiber plate)  Choice of material for blockers other than stainless steel (axiom: Revised the material to aluminium to provide versatility in terms of color matching the case with the added benefit of aluminium being lighter which balances off the weight distribution of the board) Choice of material for weight (axiom: Revised to copper weight to provide warmer and fuller sound profile when compared to stainless steel)  Hotswap? Alps? (axiom: We will still maintain solder for the time being, but alps switch compatibility on future PCB releases and possibility of a small amount of plates in stainless steel for alps will be sold separately (DCS keycaps that has MX stabs) Board still thuds with the feet?
