As we strive to provide the best possible experience with our products, there are few aspects that are unavoidable during the manufacturing process as listed below:-  For POLYCARBONATE cases and within our set expectation and assurance we can expect very minor blemishes on the exposed portion along with miniscule surface marks, these instances are expected but not present in every board.

· All of our cases are poly-dyed (with the exception of Quartz Color Option) and hand-finished at manufacturing level, At our(axiomstudios) level we carry out the final hand-finishing touches along with direct handling for QC procedures before sales. Due to the nature of the processes and involvement of direct handling, there will be some minute differences between the final appearance of the case that does not impact nor impair visuals and functionality.

· All blockers are sandblasted aluminium 6061 treated with E-coat & clear coating to prevent tarnishing. Exceptionally rare occurrence of blockers being minimally warped but will not affect the keyboard when fully assembled in terms of visuals and functionality.

· No visible deep scratches and pitting on the exposed portion of the keyboard after full assembly.

· Machining marks, minor blemishes , miniscule discolourisation or surface markings may be present on the interior of the keyboard or unexposed portion.

· All copper weights are sandblasted, E-coated & clear-coated. Oxidization might still occur as part of nature which we cannot control.

Additional Polycarbonate Case Care Guide :
axiomstudios has only tried and verified the usage of melamine sponges on exposed polycarbonate parts. We will not be responsible for usage of any/and/other cleaning solutions or chemicals. Including but not limited to (acetone, methylated spirits, alcohol etc).

· To remove surface blemishes from standard usage which includes but not limited to fingerprints, light surface marks, dust, and stains users may opt to use a melamine sponge.

· Dip the sponge in water and moderately squeeze the excess, sponge should still be damp, proceed to clean as gently as possible only using MINIMAL amount of force on the POLYCARBONATE parts and cleaning in a line.(Horizontal or vertical strokes)
Do NOT Scrub, Do NOT Press Down. The only force used is to guide the sponge across affected areas.

· Avoid all aluminium and copper weights when using melamine sponge as prolonged contact with the sponge will remove the coating. User is advised to remove the weights and blockers before attempting a deep clean.

· Avoid using harsh soaps or cleaning solutions (acetone, methylated spirits, alcohol etc). on POLYCARBONATE, COPPER & ALUMINIUM case/weights/blockers. Doing so will result in varying effects that will not be covered or replaced by axiomstudios should it permanently affect any of the aforementioned parts. 

· Cleaning & care for aluminium & copper are available online as a general subject. Follow those guides at your own risk. axiomstudios will not be responsible if these external methods suggested causes defects and/or deformations on the board.                                  

· All parts regardless of composition should be cleaned gently. Applying strong force while cleaning may result in a detrimental and/or prolonged defect on your board.

· VERY gentle hand-soap or similar products may be used (without chemicals etc) to clean on user preference. We will not advise or confirm if those cleaning products are safe to use, so do so at YOUR OWN RISK.

· Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as this will result in discolourisation of the dye (applies only to dyed cases)

· Avoid placing the keyboard in extreme heat or cold as this may cause warping 

This is a SUGGESTED guide on care and maintenance of your TYP60SL keyboard, while we intend to advise and judgement based on prior experience, any and all methods (with the exception of the melamine sponges and correct procedure) are to be used at own risk.

Additionally while MELAMINE SPONGES are the preferred method by axiomstudios for the cleaning & care of TYP60SL we will not be responsible for damages incurred as a result of incorrect cleaning procedures or defects stemming from overcleaning.

Wear & Tear on a keyboard is normal and is to be expected due to usage and general exposure to the elements.
